After graduating from university, I spent several years struggling to find fulfilling work or to gain headway towards a meaningful career. I was very sceptical of hiring a career coach, and I expected the process to be rigid and humiliating. I have never been so happy to be so wrong. The coach who helped me (Jay) was exceptionally compassionate and really took the time to understand me as an individual and what I wanted from my career.
